Neighborhood/District in East Austin, Related to Holly Neighborhood, Govalle Neighborhood. East. Cesar Chavez is a main thoroughfare that runs across most of East Austin and through Downtown. For the purposes of this description, the parameters are I-35 east to Shady Lane just before the 183 entrance ramp.
